Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. Refund requests made after 14 days or for renewal payments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@devweeklydigest.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
5. Free Plan
The free tier does not involve any payment and is not subject to this refund policy. You can use the free plan indefinitely without charge.
