When you create an account, we collect your email address through our authentication provider (Supabase). When you connect a GitHub account, we access repository metadata and merged pull request data through an authorized GitHub App installation.

We also collect the names and email addresses of digest recipients that you add to your projects.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the application.
• To fetch pull request data from your selected GitHub repositories and generate digest reports.
• To send digest emails and PDF attachments to your configured recipients.
• To process billing and subscription management through our payment provider (Paddle).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate the application:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• GitHub — repository and pull request data via authorized App installation.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Paddle — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

4. Data Retention

Your account data, project configurations, and digest history are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your projects and recipient data at any time from the dashboard. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, and secure token handling for third-party integrations. GitHub access tokens are scoped to the minimum permissions required.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can remove recipient data and disconnect GitHub integrations directly from the dashboard. For account deletion or data export requests, contact us below.
